PMI plans to buy, rehabilitate and resell a minimum of 4 properties during this fiscal year with an average ARV of $300,000 and a 15% profit margin. When applicable properties will be held for cash flow reasons and our investors and partners will be properly compensated. To grow our revenue base year-over-year, we will focus on increasing the following: Number of deals per year, Revenue per deal and Profit per Deal.
